1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EventosX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the event
• A 50% fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours of the event
• No-shows are not refunded
• If weather makes the activity unsafe, you get a full refund or a new date
• Full refund if EventosX cancels for any other reason

3. Safety and Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow safety instructions provided by guides
• Wear appropriate safety equipment when provided
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during activities
• Respect other participants and local regulations

4. Liability

EventosX is not liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during activities
• Changes to itinerary due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

5. Photography and Media

By participating in our events:

• You grant us permission to use photos/videos for marketing purposes
• You may opt-out of photo usage by notifying us in writing
• Professional photography services must be arranged in advance

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Euros and include VAT
• Custom packages may require a deposit
• Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal
