How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 2 to 3 weeks ahead, especially for large groups or between April and October. We can often arrange last-minute bookings within 48 hours.
What is included in the price?
Professional guides, all equipment, safety gear and insurance. Segway tours include training and helmets. Tapas tours include food and drinks at several venues.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours a 50% fee applies. Weather cancellations are fully refunded or rescheduled.
What happens if it rains?
If conditions are unsafe we refund in full or reschedule. Escape games can run in light rain with rain gear provided.
What languages do your guides speak?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian and Arabic. Tell us your preference when you book.
Can you build a custom package for our company?
Yes. We combine activities, transport and catering for groups from 10 to 500+ people.
Are the activities suitable for all ages?
Most are suitable from age 8. Segway tours need participants aged 10+ weighing 45 to 117 kg. Paintball is recommended from age 12.
Do we need any experience?
No. Every activity starts with training and a safety briefing, and our guides make sure everyone feels confident.
